I am and always will be an active member of our union. Sue Nimmo is a fantastic leader and the rest of the ladies work hard for you all. Don't let them do all the work though. Support Staff Seminars

Hello to everyone in the Waikato area. I hope to meet you all (at least one attendee from every school) at the seminars in Putaruru on 1st September, Thames 2nd September and Hamilton 8th September. It is important for you all to attend and keep up to date with what is happening for Support Staff. Support Staff Day

Hi everyone. Thank you to those schools in the Waikato district who sent me details of what is happening for them on Support Staff Day tomorrow. I have posted all their events and I am really looking forward to our breakfast at our school tomorrow, as are the other 14 Support Staff at our school. Have a wonderful day everyone. I know that you are a valued member of staff every day of the year, not just Support Staff Day. This day is an added bonus.

Hi Lesley, it was great to be home thats for sure. I feel like I have been cheated of a lie in this weekend, at least the next weekend is a 3 day one. My flight was relatively normal and calm considering what Wellington was like. I arrived back in Invercargill at 10:10am so was only 10 minutes late. I enjoyed the weekend and didn't mind being stuck there an extra night. Take care.
