Hi Margaret, Great to see you on the site, what a beautiful baby, I take it that it is a grandie, I have 4 1/2 grandies now. Just keep the SS word spreading out there, keep thr recruitment drive going, and encourage everyone to be strong through this negotiating process. We will make a difference and support staff WILL be recognised for the valuable people they are.

It was a wonderful surprise to see you with a "new Baby" As I opened up the blog this morning.
