hi guys very interesting disscusion with nephew teacher / d.p. relieving principal tonitie. has no understanding re teacher aides at all. whew heavy discussion re us and our position tonite BUT I won I reckon cause he said Im going to bed. !!! bit difficult when staying at his house ut boy oh boy whew deep discussion. . I let him have it the rights of teacher aides. no idea! wish I had my support staff contact with me . but we are pink wave !!!

Comment by Dayle Belcher on January 14, 2010 at 11:12am - hey - well done! brilliant that you could tell him about things on a real level! sometimes it is ignorance that results in people not being encouraged to be members so well done you! its actions like yours, expounding the rights etc of support staff and ensuring there is discussion around core issues such as funding that will ultimately win us the public support and change things for the better!
